CARAMÌ endeavours to present its line on the site in the most accurate and detailed way possible with photographs that allow the best visibility of the product its and colours. However, the visualization of the pictures depends on the customer’s monitor.
Website updating is made constantly. However, sometimes some products may run out and it could require some days before they are removed or restocked.
CARAMÌ guarantees the authenticity of its products and always recommends particular care in their washing to always maintain their beauty and shape.

PRICES AND CURRENCY
The prices published on the site, order payments and invoices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and include VAT.
The Italian VAT rate applies to shipments to European countries.

CARAMÌ accepts the following forms of payment: IBAN, PAYPAL and CREDIT CARDS.
At the time of purchase, customers digit the details of their credit card in a secure electronic banking system provided by UNICREDIT bank.
It is possible to make purchases through Visa, Mastercard and valid Master Maestro debit card.
The credit card used will be debited at the time of purchase, also in the case of advance orders where the shipment of such items will take place at a later date.
All credit card payments are subject to the following rule: returns will always be refunded on the same credit card used for the purchase.
By choosing the Paypal payment method the customer can pay directly through their Paypal account. CARAMÌ reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
In case of the return of goods, the amount will be credited to the account used for the payment.
Shipment will be made by the shipping agent MAIL BOXES ETC (MBE).
Orders are processed and shipped during our working hours:
Monday - Friday from 8 am to 6 pm except on Italian public holidays. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the identification number that is needed for tracing and tracking the progress of the shipment.
Deliveries will be made in office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
The shipping agent will make an attempt to deliver the product to the address indicated at the time of order. If the parcel is not received, please follow the instructions provided by the shipping agent.
CARAMÌ is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks, or for reasons of force majeure beyond the control of the company itself.
SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Shipping costs and times vary by country of destination and may be subject to variations and / or discounts.
REPLACEMENT AND RETURN
We hope the purchase has been of your liking.
Nevertheless if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items that have not been worn may be returned for size change within 14 days of the date of delivery of the goods.
This excludes PANTIES and BODYSUITS which, for hygienic reasons, cannot be returned.
- Replacement rights apply only to items still in the condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all the identification tags still attached.
- For reasons of hygiene panties and bodysuits will not be replaced.
- Replacing the same item in a different size is only possible once.
- Returns by the customer must only be made through the shipping agent who delivered the order.
- Returns will only be accepted if they come from the same country. In which they were delivered.
- Returns are subject to shipping charges.
Send an email to our Customer Care Service (email@example.com) specifying the order number, the item you are going to return and the new size you wish to replace it with.
Fill in the provided replacement form), indicating which articles you wish to replace and the motivation for your return.
If the form is not filled in or placed inside the parcel, the return will not be deemed valid and no refund will be made.
Make an appointment for the pick-up of the parcel with the same shipping agent who made the delivery.
The newly requested item will be shipped as soon as possible.

We usually accept RETURNS within 3 business days from the date of delivery to our offices, where the garments will be checked. After the acceptance we will promptly request the refund and will send you an email of Confirmation Accepted Returns.
Refund methods vary depending on the payment method originally chosen.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days and will in any case be visible on the next card account statement. The timing may vary slightly based on the bank circuit used by the Credit Card.
For orders paid with Paypal, the amount will be returned to the original account.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
For any aspects not specifically expressed, the European regulations for distance selling are valid.
